Gatekeeper Inspection Services is a New Jersey home inspection company serving Northern and Central New Jersey. Michael Witmyer is a New Jersey Licensed Home Inspector and a Certified Professional Inspector® trained by InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. All InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors® are required to pass an Inspector Exam, follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and take accredited Continuing Education courses each year to maintain their membership in good standing. While the State of New Jersey requires licensing for home inspectors, the certifications and ongoing education through InterNACHI provide additional in-depth training, ensuring accurate and reliable assessments of a home’s condition.
At Gatekeeper Inspection Services, we go beyond just thorough inspections and detailed reports. As part of our commitment to our clients, we offer InterNACHI’s Buy-Back Guarantee. If we miss anything during the inspection that’s covered under InterNACHI’s Residential Standards of Practice, InterNACHI® will buy the home back.
